I made this cake for my friend Eli's fourth birthday party, since he loves trains.
The engine has a Twizzlers cattle guard, DOTS gum drop headlights, Pirate's Booty puffed corn steam, and alphabet block cargo. The coal car features Nestle Toll House Mini Morsels miniature chocolate chip coal. The yellow lumber car is carrying Nestle Stixx logs. The green circus car is carrying animal crackers. The caboose is topped with jelly beans. Each car has Twizzlers rails, Oreo wheels and sits on Twizzlers tracks.
